Day One
- Check-in and enjoy a light lunch. - Settle in and take some leisure time. - Learn how to make the Appam Dough. - Discover the secrets of roasting cacao beans and creating cacao nibbles. - Enjoy a delicious dinner followed by a grind-and-story session with cacao beans
Day Two
- Start the day with a satisfying breakfast. - Work on the Appam Dough and learn to temper and Mould chocolate. - Prepare mouth-watering Appams and accompanying curries. - Indulge in a delightful lunch! - Explore local attractions such as the pineapple market and a dark chocolate making factory. - Experience a serene river ride along the Muvattupuzha River. - Learn to make Idiyappam and more flavorful curries. - Relish a scrumptious dinner!
Day Three
- Engage in a dark chocolate tasting and wrapping session. - Enjoy a final breakfast and bid farewell with chocolates in hand.
